The owners checked my in. They were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Although not near the beach, it was next to the marina and the little restaurant had very good food and reasonably priced for the Turks. I travel often in and out of the Turks to work at a small hospital in Haiti and would recommend anyone on a budget to stay here.

Hotel was great for the money spent. Everything worked fine in room and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good but not near Grace Bay. It is a very small island though and a small drive or taxi will take you there.
It is budget friendly with no frills but that is what they advertise in the listing. That said the room was fine and comfortable.

I liked the location, as I am not a beach person, and it was fun to see the yachts and marina, and to walk to nearby restaurants. I also learned to use the jitneys, rather than the taxis to go further afield. They are much less expensive,

We appreciated the friendly staff, the reasonable cost per room, the room size was reasonable.
Was expensive to get to stores to buy groceries or alcohol. A bath tub would have nice.

Fantastic value. Right next door to a great bar/restaurant. Short walk to beach. Pool on property.
Hotel as a whole seemed a bit outdated and run down, but for the price, I would expect that.

Even though it was an older hotel it was spotless. The rooms were quite large and the view of the marina was great. Great restaurants all within walking distance and only a 7 min. car ride to Grace Bay. I actually enjoyed the area far better than being in Grace Bay. The staff was very accommodating. Great value for your money. Quiet, nice size pool and very close to the airport if you just want to overnight and not spend a fortune on a hotel.

Turks and Caicos is too expensive and so are its hotels. All is aimed at rich tourists. No value for money. not many young tourist or back-backers as it does not cater for their needs. Shocking welcome from staff on arrival! Last day met the nice staff and owners. the room was large with 2 double beds with view on the marina. I loved my stay though as the sea and the sand is one of a kind. most beautiful island in the world! Mathilda

It was a relaxing place to stay, being away from the all- inclusive resort crowds. I enjoyed watching the boats come and go from our balcony.

For our honeymoon we stayed at a condo near Turtle Cove but our check out day was a day before we had to fly out of Provo, so I booked just one night at Turtle Cove Inn. We didn't expect much, since we were only planning on sleeping there. Our original room had 2 double beds, but we were upgraded to a king size bed at no additional charge upon request. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. It also had a TV and a small refrigerator. The view overlooked the marina, which was really nice.
Although we were just planning on sleeping there, my wife was not able to sleep because how uncomfortable the bed was. Many of the springs were out of place, and the bed creaked a bit. For those who enjoy camping, this hotel may be ok to stay at. But for those who need a comfortable bed, I would look elsewhere. I hear there may be a Comfort Suites on the island, but I'm not sure of the cost. The other thing that made it difficult to sleep was the climate control system -- it was either really cold or really warm. We were not able to set it at a comfortable temperature. Again, great for people who are used to camping.

Location and price. The price is affordable and is near affordable eateries. It also has a good view of the marina. Services are basic and acceptable.
The office opens at 8:00 a.m. and is not suitable for people who need help when they have to depart an early flight. Car services are not reliable but if the office can help, this will be better.

It is right next to the Turtle Cove Marina which several of the tour operators are located. Also, it is very close to several restaurants. It is good value for the services offered in its proximity.

We got a nice view of the Marina. It's also pretty near a great snorkelling site and some nice restaurants. The place always smells clean! But some of the floor tiles were cracked and the mirror a little tarnished.
It's far away from everything else. It is also not a luxurious hotel, despite the price you pay. That said, it is one of the cheapest options on Provo so it's all relative to what you pay.
